Value-Added Resellers |
|
Provide value-added solutions into
specific markets where they are an entrenched vendor by providing specific
expertise when they resell ASL solutions such as integrating technology
that can operate with ASL's Human Capital Management Systems such as HRMS,
HR Portal and Self-Service and eRecruiting. |

Co-op Marketing |
|
Use a cooperative marketing approach with ASL when providing complementary products,
content or services but not reselling ASL's HR solutions. In addition, they should
be capable of integrating their technology with ASL solutions to create new product
offerings. |

Consulting |
| Use a cooperative marketing approach with ASL when providing complementary products or
services but not reselling ASL's HR solutions. In addition, they should be capable of
integrating their technology with ASL solutions. |

Training |
|
Design, develop and deliver customized learning content based on ASL's HR solutions. Content
may also be developed for customized solutions that include Partner and other Systems. |

Implementation |
|
Provide implementation services for ASL's HR solutions including project management, business
process review, system configuration, data conversion and deployment. In addition, partner
organizations may provide system customization and integration services. |

Systems Integration |
|
Provide systems integration services to connect ASL's HR solutions with other enterprise systems such as
Financials, Supply Chain Management and CRM. In addition, partner organizations may
provide system customization services. |
| |
Application Service Provider (ASP) Hosting |
|
Provide hosting services for ASL solutions or provide a full-service operation as
a Business Solutions Provider to support the creation of HR Portals. ASL pursues a strategy
of partnering first with ASP's with domain-specific knowledge such as in HR or Payroll. ASL
will also partner with "Pure Play" ASP's depending upon business needs. |
