HR Director™

For organizations with fewer than 1000 employees or for those with HR requirements best handled with a Web-based solution, HR Director™ is the solution of choice. Utilizing the latest Internet/Intranet technologies, it was designed in conjunction with HR Professionals to work the way they do. Users can access the system from conventional Personal Computers or from a PDA or cellular telephone. In this way, it extends the application's functionality and information to virtually any user in the organization or beyond.

Web Browser Interface

The system utilizes standard Web browsers across multiple operating systems and platforms and because of its open architecture, and user-friendliness, delivers on our promise of providing solutions to the broadest possible base of users. By centralizing control there is no need to install client applications on a multitude of Personal Computers. Instead, users can access the system using only a browser while utilizing centrally configured security profiles for authorized access to information. By using secure Protocols, all data transmitted between the Web Client and the Database Server are fully encrypted for added security.

Reporting and Analysis

HR Director supports real-time management reporting and analysis. A number of standard reports are available and range from employee directories to sophisticated benefits statements.

Technical Information
