Manitoba Public Benefits From Integrated Enterprise Approach

Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) is a non-profit Crown Corporation that has provided basic automobile coverage in Manitoba since 1971. MPI's services are available through 22 claim centres and two Customer Service centres in 13 locations across Manitoba. Getronics Migrates To HR Manager 7.0

Getronics Canada Inc. (GCI) is the Canadian arm of global Information Services giant Getronics headquartered in The Netherlands. GCI provides hardware service, application support, networking and much more to clients across the country.

Since 1995, GCI (Wang Global via acquisition) has used ASL's HRMS in the Windows and Web-based environments to manage its HR information and to provide access to hundreds of Field Service Technicians located throughout Canada. Clorox Gives ASL Top Marks for Customer Service Excellence

The Clorox Company is one of the nation’s largest marketers and manufacturers of household products with global sales of approximately $4.1 billion, approximately 11,000 employee worldwide and with products distributed and sold in 110 countries.

With multiple locations utilizing shared HR it is a necessity to automate HR tasks as much as possible to ensure they are completed in the shortest possible time. One such task is the preparation of Annual Benefits Statements for all employees including Total Compensation. Nestlé Canada Reduces Online Enrollment Time by over 90%

Nestlé Canada Inc. (NCI) is the Canadian division of global Food giant Nestlé headquartered in Switzerland. NCI has offices across Canada and employs more than 3,500 employees in Canada.

As an ASL client since 1998, NCI has migrated with the ASL product line through a number of versions and implemented ASL's Web-based solution in 2002. A key requirement of the implementation of the Web solution was the ability to complete implementation in less than 60 days. Included in this timeline was the delivery of a sophisticated Online Flex Benefits System to replace a lengthy, time-consuming, paper-based process. The Online Flex Benefits System was to be the first complex, Web-based, application to be deployed on the new Canadian Intranet. ASL's Professional Services worked with NCI personnel to ensure that all timelines were met.
