ASL is pleased to announce the new Buy IT Program. The Program was developed in response to requests from
the marketplace for solutions that truly provided much needed functionality as well as advanced features for
rapidly changing HR Practices. Through the Buy IT Program, ASL will buy the company's existing HR and Payroll software
and replace it with the required components of ASL's 2006 Solutions suite. The 2006 Solutions suite is fully integrated
and includes Payroll.

ASL is poised to release the next generation of Web-based HR solutions designed from the ground up
for the Web. The 2006 Solutions Suite represents ASL's 3rd generation of Web-based products and is based on
a "Pure Internet Architecture" that utilizes no software on the client PC and no Plug-ins. Customers may use the

ASL has decided to release a Total Solution for Time & Expenses Management.
The system integrates ASL's Web-based Timesheet and Expense Statement applications with
sophisticated time capture systems ranging from swipe cards to biometric devices for
fingerprint, hand, iris or facial scanning. The solution can be hosted internally on a
customer's infrastructure or may be hosted by ASL or one of its partners.
From swipe or biometric authentication to
payment, all tasks such as approvals and submission to payroll are automated using
either the customer's simple or complex business rules. |

and training. ASL will provide technical and customer service support to all clients. |
